We started with my dream of becoming a successful interviewer. After having been in the recruitment industry, I thought of establishing and venturing into business. Combining it with my dream, I came up with a Recruitment Firm. Literally starting from scratch in 2017, we built our team from getting start-up clients and doing verbal proposals with hopes of fulfilling the agreements we promised. Now, fully registered, we are confident to provide professional performance in recruitment and staffing arena. In addition, currently supporting several established companies with their recruitment service needs.

The team started in the year 2017, registered just recently (Sep 2020), now DOLE-PEA Licensed, and is currently supporting several BPO and non-BPO companies in the Philippines. We have highly competitive and experienced talents that are built from different sourcing channels and successful partnerships. We are highly trained in sourcing talents nationwide and are highly competitive in matching their expertise with our clients’ needs.
We take part and add value to the recruitment function of our clients through our work process. Understanding specific requirements and adopt individual strategies to individual industries are the key tasks in making the service possible. We will potentially cater our RPO services to most industries, hence having a good reputation and performance in providing flexible and promising recruitment service would be expected from us.
