Responsibilities

  • Proper book keeping.

  • Account Payable/Recievable management

  • Responsible for cash and bank transactions, monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Responsible for initiating all the payments considering the proper taxation.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of Fixed Assets list.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of Inventories list.

  • Responsible for payroll computation and payment including SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHIC.

  • Responsible for all the tax filing and payment including VAT, CWT, Compensation, ITR.

  • Follow established corporate accounting processes

  • Protects personnel and organizational values by keeping information confidential.
